  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut out the tough middle stem from kale; tear or cut leaves into 2-inch pieces. Toss kale with Avocado Oil in a large bowl. Use your fingers to coat each leaf with the oil.
  3. Place on a rimmed baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle with Seasoned Pepper.
  4. Bake about 7-10 minutes or until desired doneness. Serve fresh from the oven.
