Seasoned Potato Wedges Recipe
These cheesy potato wedges make a perfect side to any home cooked meal!
- 6 medium russet potatoes
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 oz. real bacon pieces
Microwave potatoes until almost tender; cut into wedges. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Broil about 3 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Makes 6-8 servings.
