Place salmon fillet skin side down on a foil lined glass pan. Squirt salmon with lemon juice. Spread 1/2 to 3/4 of prepared Shallot Tarragon Compound Butter Mix and drop with spoon onto salmon. Grind Sea Salt & Herb Seasoning over salmon. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Shallot Tarragon mix will melt and spread over the salmon. Change oven setting from bake to broil. Broil for 5-10 minutes or until your liking. Cut fillet into angled slices. Serves 4.
Optional: Use Green Tea Peppercorn Seasoning for cooked vegetables for the side.
