  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 3 lb. boneless chuck roast
  • 1 lb. baby red potatoes
  • 1 lb. baby carrots
  • 1 large onion, chopped

Combine first 3 ingredients. Place meat and vegetables in a slow cooker. Pour sauce over top; cover. Cook on low for 8-9 hours or on high for 6-7 hours. Makes 8 servings.
