Shrimp Cobb Salad Recipe

  1. In large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients; toss to coat. Set aside. In container with tight fitting lid, combine next 4 ingredients; seal well. Shake to combine. Set aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and sauté until opaque and internal temperature reaches 145°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 5-6 minutes.
  3. Divide lettuce among 6 dinner plates or large bowls. Top with bacon, avocado, tomatoes, eggs, cheese and shrimp. Drizzle with dressing.

Makes 6 servings.

Make Ahead & Freeze: Combine first 4 ingredients in a gallon freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely. Prepare grill to medium heat and continue with step 1.
