Combine first 5 ingredients; toss to blend flavors. Place in greased 9 x 13 baking pan; cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes. Uncover, stir; bake an additional 10 minutes, uncovered, until chicken is cooked through. Spoon chicken mixture into warmed tortillas; top with sour cream, tomatoes and cheese. Fold tortilla around filling; serve immediately. Makes 4-6 servings.
