  • 16 ounces medium shells pasta
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups whole milk, warmed
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in desired amount of Garlic Garlic™ Seasoning; cook 30 seconds. Whisk in flour; cook, whisking constantly, 1 minute.
  3. Whisk in milk. Bring to a simmer, whisking constantly. Simmer 1 minute. Stir in cheese. Cook, stirring constantly, until melted and creamy. Stir in pasta; salt and pepper as desired.

Makes 6 servings.

Make Ahead: Prepare step 1. Rinse with cold water; toss with 1 tablespoon oil. Place in a storage container. Refrigerate up to 2 days ahead. Reheat in boiling water 1 minute. Continue with step 2.
