Slow-Cooked Bayou Bourbon Wings Recipe
The great flavors of Bayou Bourbon Glaze slathered on chicken wings makes a great appetizer or light lunch.
- 3 pounds chicken wingettes, seasoned with salt and pepper
- Slow Cooker
- In a 4-quart or larger greased slow cooker, combined seasoned wingettes and ½ cup Bayou Bourbon™ Glaze; stir well.
- Cover; cook on HIGH 2½-3 hours or LOW 4-5 hours until wingettes are tender.
- Preheat broiler on HIGH. Place wingettes on greased 17x11-inch rimmed baking pan. Brush with ¼ cup Bayou Bourbon™ Glaze. Broil 3-5 minutes or until browned. Remove from oven; turn wings, brush an additional ¼ cup Bayou Bourbon™ Glaze. Broil 3-5 minutes or until browned. Use remaining Bayou Bourbon™ Glaze for dipping, if desired.
Makes 6-8 servings.
Tip: Use our Seasoned Salt and Garlic Pepper Seasoning to season wings in place of salt and pepper.
