Slow-Cooked Smoky Bacon BBQ Wings Recipe
The great flavors of Smoky Bacon BBQ Sauce slathered on chicken wings makes a great appetizer or light lunch.
- 3 pounds chicken wingettes, seasoned with salt and pepper
- Slow Cooker
- In a 4-quart or larger greased slow cooker, combine seasoned wingettes and ½ cup Smoky Bacon BBQ Sauce; stir well.
- Cover; cook on HIGH 2½-3 hours or LOW 4-5 hours until wingettes are tender.
- Preheat broiler on HIGH. Place wingettes on greased 17x11-inch rimmed baking pan. Brush with ¼ cup Smoky Bacon BBQ Sauce. Broil 3-5 minutes or until browned. Remove from oven; turn wings, brush an additional ¼ cup Smoky Bacon BBQ Sauce. Broil 3-5 minutes or until browned. Use remaining Smoky Bacon BBQ Sauce for dipping, if desired.
Makes 6-8 servings.
