  1. Toss beef with Ultimate Steak Seasoning. Place in a 5-quart or larger slow cooker.
  2. Add remaining ingredients except flour. Cook on LOW 8-10 hours.
  3. In small dish, whisk together flour and ¼ cup water. Stir into stew. Continue cooking until thickened.

Makes 6 servings.

Serve with a green salad.

Make Ahead & Freeze: Combine all ingredients except broth and flour in a gallon freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely. Continue with step 1.
