- In a gallon freezer bag, combine chicken breasts and Vidalia Onion Dressing. Seal well; toss to coat. Refrigerate 2 hours or up to overnight.
- Prepare grill to medium heat. In small bowl, combine ¼ cup Smoky Bacon BBQ Sauce, mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon Ultimate Steak Seasoning. Set aside.
- Remove chicken from marinade. Discard bag with marinade. Sprinkle chicken with remaining 2 teaspoons Ultimate Steak Seasoning. Place chicken on grill. Grill, turning once, until internal temperature reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 10-12 minutes.
- Brush with remaining ¾ cup Smoky Bacon BBQ Sauce. Grill 1-2 minutes. Spread buns with BBQ mayonnaise. Top with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes and onions, if desired.
