  • 1 cup leftover Garlic Pepper Mashed Potatoes (see link in recipe directions)
  • ½ cup French-fried onions, toasted

  1. Reheat burgers, sauce and mashed potatoes in microwave until heated through.
  2. Toast bread to desired doneness.
  3. Top toast with mashed potatoes, pork burgers and sauce. Garnish with French-fried onions.

Makes 2 servings.

Work lunch suggestion: Divide mashed potatoes, burgers and sauce between 2 microwave-safe storage containers. Place toasted French-fried onions in 2 small bags. Place toasted bread in 2 bags. Refrigerate up to 2 days. Continue with step 1, microwaving toast 15 seconds.
