- 6 Tbsp. (¾ stick) melted butter
- 1 egg
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine Packet 1, butter and egg in a large bowl; blend until dough forms. Pour Packet 2 into a separate shallow bowl.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll each in cinnamon-sugar coating. Place on a greased baking sheet; bake 11-12 minutes. Makes about 30 cookies.
Freeze & bake later:
Blend until dough forms. Roll into 30 balls and wrap in plastic. Place Packet 2 in a quart freezer bag; seal. Place wrapped balls and the quart bag in a gallon freezer bag; remove air, seal and freeze. When ready to bake, remove from freezer, thaw and bake as directed above.
