- In large skillet with cover, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add peppers and Onion Onion™ Seasoning; salt and pepper as desired. Sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Whisk in milk, water and Black & Blue Cheese Ball Mix. Stir in chicken and pasta. Cover; bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and simmer 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until pasta is tender.
- Remove from heat. Stir in cheese and tomatoes; salt and pepper as desired. Serve immediately. Sauce will continue to thicken upon standing.
Makes 4 servings + 2 leftover servings.
