  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 poblano pepper or green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 packet (1½ tablespoons) Onion Onion Seasoning
  • 2½ cups 2% milk, warmed
  • 1½ cups warm water
  • 1 packet Black & Blue Cheese Ball Mix
  • 2 cups shredded Magic Taco Chicken
  • 10 ounces rotini pasta
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped, optional

  1. In large skillet with cover, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add peppers and Onion Onion™ Seasoning; salt and pepper as desired. Sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Whisk in milk, water and Black & Blue Cheese Ball Mix. Stir in chicken and pasta. Cover; bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and simmer 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until pasta is tender.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese and tomatoes; salt and pepper as desired. Serve immediately. Sauce will continue to thicken upon standing.
Makes 4 servings + 2 leftover servings.
