Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pleasant surprise! I had not yet tasted the Southwest Slow Cooker Sauce, and this recipe caught my eye as the ingredients are spot on for my dietary preferences. I'm not a huge fan of cooked peppers, so I didn't have terribly high expectations. However, I was blown away with this dish! I thought it might be a little spicy for my kids so I shredded some of the chicken and served it in a tortilla with sour cream for them. Next time I would definitely use 2 onions. Thank you for the recipe, Diana!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice flavor without too much spice! Whole family loved it! I'll be making this dish over and over again. Should work just fine in a slow cooker too.
