Prepare Simply Salsa™ Mix with diced tomatoes as directed on the package; chill 2 hours. Heat Roasted Garlic Infused Oil in skillet over medium heat; add Garlic Garlic and shrimp. Sauté until shrimp is pink. Season with Fiesta Party Dip Mix to taste. Serve hot cooked shrimp in corn tortillas, garnish with avocado, shredded cabbage and prepared Simply Salsa. Makes 12 servings.
