Crumble sausage; sauté over medium heat about 10 minutes or until brown. Add onion and Garlic Garlic, sauté 2 minutes. Add sun-dried tomatoes and Spinach & Herb Mix; stir 1 minute. Spread sausage mixture into greased 9 x 13 baking pan; sprinkle with cheese. Whisk eggs, half and half and cream; pour over sausage and cheese. Cover; bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 4-6 servings.
