Spinach Fruit Salad Recipe

  • 1 pkg. baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup quartered strawberries
  • 1 cup halved red grapes
  • 1/4 cup chopped dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup drained Mandarin oranges
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Place spinach leaves in large bowl. Add next 5 ingredients; pour dressing over salad. Toss gently. Makes 4 - 5 servings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful slaw... Vidalia Onion is one of my favorites especially for the summer. I didn't like coleslaw until I had it made this way. Now I'm sold.
