Combine first 2 ingredients; set aside. Unroll tube of crescent rolls and press together to cover bottom of greased 9 X 13 baking pan, making sure to seal perforations. Sprinkle ham evenly over crescent rolls. Beat together the eggs, dip mixture, salt and black pepper and hot sauce. Stir in cheese and red pepper; pour over the ham. Bake at 425° for 20-25 minutes until browned. Makes about 12-16 servings.
