Prepare Absolutely Almond Pound Cake Mix™ per package directions. Remove from oven and place on cooling rack to cool for approximately 1 hour; remove from pan.
Combine lime juice and powdered sugar, mix until well blended and smooth. Add more powdered sugar if too thin.
Slice pound cake in half lengthwise. Set cooling rack on a cookie sheet. Place bottom of cake on cooling rack. Spread with Rhubarb Strawberry Fruit Spread. Set top of cake back on to the bottom half. Pour frosting over top of cake; letting it drip down the sides. Allow it to harden for 45 minutes. Makes about 10 servings.
