  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 packet (1 tablespoon) Rustic Herb Seasoning
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne, rotini, bowtie)
  • 2 servings leftover Shallot Tarragon Grilled Sirloin, chopped
  • 2 servings leftover Mushroom Kabobs, quartered
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

This is a leftover recipe for Shallot Tarragon Grilled Sirloin and Mushroom Kabobs.
  1. In medium bowl, combine first 3 ingredients; salt and pepper as desired.
  2. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Salt and pepper as desired.

Makes 2 servings.
