  • 2 servings leftover Flank Steak Tacos meat, chopped
  • ½ cup black beans or pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup shredded Colby jack cheese
  • Jalapeño pepper slices, optional
  • Chopped tomatoes, chopped avocado, sliced green onions, sour cream, salsa

This is a leftover recipe for Flank Steak Tacos.
  1. Fill two dinner plates with desired amount of tortilla chips. Top with chopped leftover steak, beans, cheese and jalapeño slices.
  2. Microwave on HIGH 1½-2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  3. Top with tomatoes, avocado, green onions, sour cream and salsa.
