Strawberry Cream Bread Recipe
Bountiful beer bread just got a fun breakfasty, snacky, desserty, make-over!

- 1 12 oz can Cream soda or gingerale
- 1 cup Vanilla Chips
- 1 1/2 cups Strawberries (chopped)
- 3 T Butter
- 3 T Sugar
Combine bread mix and soda. Fold in chips and strawberries. Pour into greased loaf pan. Drizzle with butter and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375 for 50-55 minutes until loaf is golden. Cool for 30 minutes before slicing and Serving.

I substituted a sprite and mixed berries because that it what I usually have on hand, but it was delicious just the same! No one can ever get enough--you need serious self control when this bread is in your kitchen!!!
