This is a leftover recipe for Black & Blue Beef Stroganoff
and Sautéed Kale
- In medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine all ingredients.
- Bring to a simmer; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until heated through.
- Garnish with cheese, tomatoes and cracked black pepper, if desired.
Makes 2 servings.
Work Lunch Suggestions: Combine all ingredients and divide between 2 microwave-safe storage containers. Refrigerate up to 1 day. Microwave on HIGH 2-3 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
