  • 2 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
  • Shredded Parmesan cheese, chopped tomatoes, cracked black pepper, optional

This is a leftover recipe for Black & Blue Beef Stroganoff and Sautéed Kale.

  1. In medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine all ingredients.
  2. Bring to a simmer; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until heated through.
  3. Garnish with cheese, tomatoes and cracked black pepper, if desired.

Makes 2 servings.
