Combine Creamy Wild Rice Soup and water; simmer, covered, 60-90 minutes. Remove tops of peppers and seed. Place in large pot of boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove, drain; set aside. Brown ground turkey or beef with next 3 ingredients. Add tomatoes and prepared soup; simmer 10-15 minutes. Fill peppers with soup mixture; sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 30-35 minutes until cheese is lightly browned. Cool 10 minutes before serving. Makes 5-6 servings.
