1 (6.9 ounce) package fully-cooked turkey or pork sausage crumbles
1 large Granny Smith apple, core removed, diced
12 large eggs
1½ cups 2% milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
In small bowl, vigorously whisk together cream cheese and Warm Apple Pie Dip Mix. In a greased 13x9-inch baking dish, layer half the bread cubes, sausage, apples, small dollops of cream cheese mixture and remaining bread.
In large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon and salt. Pour over bread mixture. Cover and refrigerate several hours up to overnight.
Remove from refrigerator. Allow to sit at room temperature while oven is preheating to 375°F. Bake, covered, 30 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking 30-40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
