This is a leftover recipe for Chicken Salad Wraps
- In large bowl, whisk together first 3 ingredients.
- Add salad mix and toss to coat. Divide between 2-3 dinner plates.
- Top with chicken salad and desired amount of wonton strips or chow mein noodles.
Makes 2-3 servings.
Work Lunch Suggestion:
Prepare step 1 and place in 2 small storage containers. Divide salad mix between 2 large storage containers. Place chicken salad in 2 storage containers. Place toppings in 2 storage bags. Refrigerate up to 1 day. Continue with step 2.
