Makes 6 servings.
Pan-Fry: In large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon butter and 1½ tablespoons olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken. Pan-fry approximately 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Reduce heat to medium low and continue to cook chicken approximately 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally or until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer. Reduce heat to low. Pour ½ cup Honey Teriyaki Sauce over chicken. Cover; simmer an additional 1-2 minutes watching carefully not to burn sauce. Drizzle with remaining Honey Teriyaki Sauce when serving.
