Pierce potatoes several times with a fork. Place on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave potatoes 4 minutes; rotate and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes or until potatoes are almost tender. Cool 5 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; scoop out most of the pump and place in a medium bowl. Mash potatoes with a fork; stir in sauce and melted butter. Spoon mixture into potatoes. Bake 8-10 minutes or until heated through. Top with remaining butter and serve.
Tip: The potatoes can also be placed on the grill for 8-10 minutes or until heated through.
