Sweet Maple Pork Tenderloin Recipe

  • 1 (1½ pounds) pork tenderloin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 packet Brown Sugar Maple Bacon Seasoning
  • ½ cup water (include when baking)

  1. Season tenderloin with salt; pepper if desired. Rub all sides with Brown Sugar & Maple Bacon Seasoning.
  2. Prepare grill to medium heat. Place tenderloin on grill. Grill, turning occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 150°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 20-25 minutes.
  3. Remove from grill. Tent with foil and let stand 5 minutes. Slice.

Makes 6 servings. Or 4 servings + 2 leftover servings.

Serve with Rice Pilaf.

To Bake:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a 13x9-inch baking dish with aluminum foil; spray with cooking spray.
  2. Season tenderloin with salt; pepper if desired. Rub all sides with Brown Sugar & Maple Bacon Seasoning. Place tenderloin in baking dish; add water.
  3. Bake until internal temperature reaches 150°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 20-25 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven, tent with foil and let stand 5 minutes. Slice.

Make Ahead & Freeze: Prepare step 1. Place in a gallon freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely. Continue with step 2.

*Note: Omit salt from recipe if using a pork tenderloin that has been tenderized in a sodium solution (such as Always Tender®).

Will be making a lot of these for my Freezer Meals. The prep time was quick! I used boneless pork chops instead of the whole pork loin and just cooked them on the grill!

I got a package with 2 tenderloins and I used the same amount of seasoning as called for in the recipe and they were both very flavorful! We only ate one...next time I will freeze the 2nd one for another meal. But we will use the leftovers for wraps and salads for lunch!
