Sweet Mulled Cider Bread Recipe
This delicious cider-spiced bread is loaded with butterscotch chips. Perfect for breakfast or brunch.
- 12 oz. root beer
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preheat oven to 375°. Combine first 3 ingredients; add 1 Tbsp. cider mix. Pour batter into a greased 9 x 5 loaf pan. Drizzle with butter; sprinkle with remaining cider mix. Bake 55-60 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. Makes 14 servings.
