Sweet & Sour Pork Tacos Recipe

  • 1½ pounds pork tenderloin, thinly sliced, seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 1 bottle Sweet & Sour Pineapple Sauce , divided
  • 18 (4-inch) corn or flour tortillas, warmed
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1-2 thinly sliced red, yellow and/or green bell peppers
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • Stovetop


  1. In large skillet, heat Avocado Oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced pork. Sauté until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  2. Stir in ½ cup Sweet & Sour Pineapple Sauce. Simmer 1-2 minutes.
  3. Spread tortillas with guacamole. Top with pork, peppers, cilantro and additional Sweet & Sour Pineapple Sauce.
Makes 6 servings.
