Combine Mandarin Orange Bread Mix, Crushed Pineapple and coconut. Mix well. Pour batter into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes until an inserted toothpick or tester comes out clean. Cool completely.
Slice bread into 12 even slices. Lay slices flat on a baking sheet and broil 2-3 minutes per side until toasted.
Beat eggs and milk. Lightly dip each slice of bread into egg mixture and place on heated non-stick griddle. Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon. Cook on each side until done. Drizzle Blackberry Syrup and serve immediately.
