Tropical Peach Mango Daiquiri Pops Recipe

  • 1 Packet Cocktail Pops
  • 2¾ cups warm water
  • ½ cup (4 ounces) coconut rum

  1. In large pitcher, combine Peach Mango Margarita Mix and water. Stir to dissolve. Add rum; mix well.
  2. Carefully pour to fill line on enclosed Cocktail Pops sleeves. Do not overfill; seal tightly.
  3. Apply enclosed sticker to a gallon freezer bag. Place pops into gallon bag; seal well. Place flat in freezer. Freeze 6-7 hours. Cut tops off Cocktail Pops and enjoy.

The coconut rum works so great with this...I could close my eyes and pretend that I wasn't in cold-grey-sky Michigan but instead was on a beach somewhere warm! Ahhhhhh.... These are amazing! Just make sure you seal the sleeves really well, I missed a few and had them ooze out a bit.
