  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine beef and Onion Onion™ Seasoning in a large skillet. Brown until beef is no longer pink and is cooked thoroughly. Drain and return to skillet. Add Honey Teriyaki Sauce and mix well; remove from heat.
  2. Grease a muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray. Using a rolling pin, flatten buns until they are about ¾-inch thick; press into muffin tins cut-side up.
  3. Spoon beef mixture into tins. Top with a few pieces of pineapple, bacon and a piece of Swiss cheese.
  4. Bake for 14-17 minutes, until cheese is melted and tops of buns are golden brown.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great twist on sloppy joes I made these exactly like it says. The pineapple and swiss on top was a great balancing flavor. They we're sweet but with a little tang. The kids and hubby all liked them. Using the cup as a cup was a fun new way as well. I will definitely be making these again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for parties I made these for a party but I skipped the bread to cut down the carbs. Next time I will bake them in baking/muffin cups as they didn't bind together like I thought they would. I also used fresh shredded Swiss as I couldn't find Swiss slices. These were really good and were well received at the party. A few folks even wished they could eat beef cause they looked so good and sounded interesting.
