Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first three ingredients; bake in a greased 9 x 13 baking pan for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool. Spread ¾ cup chocolate fudge sauce over brownies. Layer crushed cookies on top of fudge sauce. Using slices (not scoops), create layer of ice cream. Use a spatula to "spread" the ice cream to the edges of the pan and fill any cracks between the slices. Drizzle Creamy Caramel Sauce and remaining fudge sauce over the top. Cover and freeze for at least 4-6 hours.
