Tuna Avocado Boats Recipe

  1. Scoop avocado flesh into a medium bowl, reserving shells for serving.
  2. Mash avocados to desired consistency. Fold in remaining ingredients until well combined.
  3. Serve tuna salad in avocado shells.

Makes 6 servings.

Serve with 1 kiwi per serving.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Surprisingly Good. I'm not usually the biggest tuna fan, but we had this recipe during the 14 Day Reset, and I was surprised at how well the tuna and avocado went together! My husband liked it too. The Reset is no carbs, but I would make this recipe again and put it on crackers. I added celery into mine and the crunch was much needed.
