Turkey Avocado Rollups Recipe

These are great for a midday snack. Dairy- and grain-free, these are packed with flavor, protein and healthy fats.

  • 1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 6 slices no sugar added turkey breast(about 4 ounces)
  • 3 leaves Romaine lettuce or green leaf lettuce, halved
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced


  1. Cut avocado into 6 wedges; cover with lemon juice; set aside.
  2. On a work surface, lay out turkey slices. Layer with lettuce leaves, tomato slices and avocado wedges. Sprinkle with desired amount of Simply Salsa Mix.
  3. Tightly roll up turkey slices. Cut in half, if desired. Place in 2 air-tight storage containers. Keep refrigerated up to 1 day.
