Preheat oven to 400°. Line a 9 x 13 baking pan with aluminum foil.
Combine 1 Tbsp. Roasted Garlic Infused Oil and 1 Tbsp. Ultimate Steak™ Seasoning. Rub all over roast.
Place roast, fat-side-up, in pan. Bake 60-70 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°. Remove roast from oven. Let stand 15 minutes.
Heat remaining 2 Tbsp. Roasted Garlic Infused Oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Whisk in flour and remaining 1 tsp. Ultimate Steak™ Seasoning. Cook, whisking constantly, 2 minutes or until mixture is a medium blonde color.
Whisk in 1 cup chicken broth and all of the juice from the pan; bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute, whisking constantly. Add additional chicken broth as needed for desired consistency. Salt and pepper to taste.
