- Preheat oven to 400°F. In small bowl, combine cream cheese and all but 2 teaspoons Cheesy Pizza Warm Dip Mix; mix until well combined. Spread cheese mixture on flatbreads to the edges. Place on a large baking sheet; set aside.
- In large skillet over medium-high heat, heat Roasted Garlic Infused Oil. Add broccolini and remaining 2 teaspoons Cheesy Pizza Warm Dip Mix; toss to coat evenly. Sear broccolini 1 minute; turn over and sear an additional 1 minute. Stir in prosciutto; sauté until crispy, about 1 minute.
- Divide broccolini and prosciutto between flatbreads. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven. If desired, sprinkle with basil and toasted pine nuts and drizzle with Balsamic & Basil Dipping Oil and/or Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
