Vidalia Chicken Salad Recipe

- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 pkg. chicken-flavor ramen noodles
- 1 cup cooked, cubed chicken breast
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- No bake/cook
Combine Vidalia Onion Dressing, onion and flavoring packet from noodles. Crush noodles; add chicken and cabbage. Pour dressing over noodle mixture; chill. Makes 5-6 servings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Helen from Awesome salad!! This salad is a mainstay for me!! It works great as a side dish but I've had it as my entree as well! It's very easy to make and I never have any left when I do make it!! You need to try this! My only tweak to the recipe was to include a shredded cabbage mix with carrots and broccoli so that it had some color!
