Marinate chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag with about ½ bottle Vidalia® Onion Dressing; refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Grill chicken over medium heat about 1-2 minutes per side; reduce heat and cover. Cook another 3 minutes per side or until no longer pink in the middle; set aside to rest. Layer remaining ingredients on a large platter or individual salad plates. Slice chicken into strips, and place on top. Gently warm dressing in microwave; drizzle over salad or serve it on the side. Makes 4 servings.
