Combine 2 Tbsp. Wahoo! Chili® and sour cream; blend well. Chill 2 hours. Preheat oven to temperature stated on bag of fires. Put the sweet potato fries into a large bowl and toss with remaining tablespoon of Wahoo! Chili®. Arrange potatoes in single layer on a baking sheet; bake as directed. Serve fries hot from the oven with the Wahoo! Chili® dip. Makes 8 servings.
