  1. In large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté bacon until desired doneness. Remove to clean paper towels.
  2. Carefully pour bacon drippings (about ¼ cup) into a large mixing bowl. Whisk in the next 4 ingredients.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and bacon to bowl and toss to coat. Let rest 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
