World’s Greatest Veggie Burgers Recipe

Pulse 1 can of beans in a food processor with eggs, breadcrumbs, Fiesta Party Dip Mix and cumin until a stiff purée forms. Transfer to a bowl; stir in cilantro and remaining can beans. Form mixture into 4 large patties. Heat oil in a 12-inch heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Cook burgers until slightly browned and crisp, turning once, about 4 minutes per side. Serve on buns topped with Simply Salsa and sour cream. Makes 4 servings. *For best results, drain beans on paper towels and pat dry.
