Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Cuban Flavor! I usually make my sauces from scratch, but it is time consuming and sometimes I just want convenience AND a great home cooked meal. This delivers on both! I did modify thus to use in my instant cooker, and under an hour later, served a perfectly tender, flavorful Cuban pork roast. The next day I made Cubano sandwiches with the leftovers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The flavor is amazing !! Cuban Slow Cooker Sauce I bought this on a whim, I had a nice Boston Butt in the freezer & seemed like a good idea to try. I took it with to a friend's home for a cookout. Everyone raved about it. We made sandwiches with it. I brought the leftovers home (there wasn't much) I added some of it to some red beans & rice I cooked a couple of days later and it tasted great !! Ordering more...I'm afraid it will sell out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a surprise!! I ordered this thinking it would be a nice change. We had it this weekend and I ordered 5 more boxes. It has amazing flavor. I've been craving it all day. It's not too spicy, it just has a nice flavor mix and oh so easy!! We used porkloin chops to make it a little leaner. I wish I would have made a double batch.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Too Spicy As Is I cooked up a pork roast in the crock pot, using one seasoning packet and orange juice as directed. I could tell by the aroma as it was cooking that this was going to be too spicy for us. Definitely stronger than "zesty." So I "cut" it by adding more orange juice, some white wine, and some TS Bayou Bourbon Glaze (to add a bit of tangy sweetness). When done, it was very tasty and tender. My family likes spicy foods more than I do, and they said this was "perfectly seasoned." So I'm sure it would have been too strong had I not "doctored" it up. Next time I'll either use half a package or add in the same ingredients. If you think it'll be too spicy, adding just extra orange juice and/or a sweet wine might do the trick. I love to experiment, though, so it worked out fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Even better than expected I made this recipe with the intention of using the pork for Cuban Sandwiches. I ended up eating half of it before it ever touched the bread. The meat was so tender with an excellent flavor. I was worried that it might be too spicy for me (huge wimp here). As long as I didn't just eat the seasoning straight, it was fantastic. Next time I will just use this to make a pork roast and do Cubans as left-overs - if there are any left-overs!
