    Best London Broil!

    Our roast was really easy and incredibly tasty! I browned it in the avocado oil, put it in the slow cooker, seasoned it with the trio - onion onion, garlic garlic, seasoned salt - added a little worstershire sauce, a little soy sauce, poured a coke in, put the lid on and left it alone for 8 hours on low. Scrumptious!! Three adults and four children loved it!
