My story ... hmmm. I would suppose, like a lot of other consultants, I was offered the opportunity and thought, "Food? Who would buy food at a home party?" Well a year later in 2002, after that initial offer, I decided to join Tastefully Simple, and haven't looked back since! There were a lot of people who wanted to buy food at a home party - it's great, easy to prepare and reasonably priced, so why wouldn't they? The fact that I would never have to pay full price for Corn, Black Bean Salsa again was enough to motivate me! Tastefully Simple has changed my life in so many ways, it's hard to pinpoint just a few. The traveling alone has been wonderful - places like Puerto Rico when it's snowing in Massachusetts? Hollywood, Chicago, Philadelphia, just to name a few. My business has forced me to grow in ways too many to mention. Public speaking, assertiveness, dealing with conflict - all traits I have improved over the years.
I love working with a company that's very ethically based and pays it forward in the way they operate. The owner, Jill Blashack Strahan, operates her company in a respectful, humble fashion and I admire her for that.
My sincere wish for anyone reading this "My story" would be to call me with any questions you might have that involve any of the products, or the business opportunity, or just how much I love the company or my life since Tastefully Simple has entered it!
