  • You can redeem rewards when you accumulate a minimum of 100 points. (Reminder, you earn 50 points for signing up and then 1 point for every dollar spent.)
  • A minimum of 100 points are needed to redeem on your next order. You will be issued a coupon based on the number of points you have accumulated.

This free program rewards your loyalty by letting you earn points toward discount coupons on future purchases. For every $1 spent, you earn 1 point. You’ll get 50 points just for signing up.

When are points earned?
Immediately when you sign up for VIP Rewards and every time you purchase.

Are points earned on party orders?
Yes. When you place a party order (as a guest or host) via your TS Connected website, you earn points.

Do I earn points if I host a party?
Yes, you’ll receive points when you place your personal (non-host rewards) order through your consultant’s TS Connected website.

How do I get VIP Rewards as a guest at tasting parties?
Log in to your account, select the party you attended and enter your order online.

Will I be notified about my points?
Yes. You will receive an email within 24 hours after points are earned, unless you have opted out of receiving emails from Tastefully Simple. In that case, you can check your points through the dashboard in your account. You’ll see it when you log in to your account.

How quickly are points available to use?
Points may be used as soon as they’re earned. (See “Redemption.”)

Do points round up or down?
Yes. Points rounds up if it’s .50 or more. They round down if it’s .49 or under. For example:
• $19.49 rounds down to $19 (19 points)
• $19.50 rounds up to $20 (20 points)



Is there a cost to enroll?
No. It’s free!

How do I enroll?
Simply create an account on your consultant’s TS Connected website. If you shop without an account, you’ll be invited to do so to start earning VIP Rewards points. If you already have an account, you’re automatically earning VIP Rewards!

What if I don’t want VIP Rewards?
You can opt out by calling Customer Service.

What information do I need to provide when enrolling?
It’s simple! Creating your accounts requires you to provide only your:
• name
• shipping address
• email
• mobile phone number

What happens after I enroll?
You receive a welcome email with a link to Terms & Conditions.

How can I keep track of my points?
When you log in to your account, you’ll see a dashboard that shows points:
• earned
• spent
• expiring
In addition, unless you have opted out of receiving emails from Tastefully Simple, you will also receive an email notification when you have earned VIP Rewards points.

Do I need to renew my account?
No. There is no renewal required; your account is never deactivated.


Point Redemption

When can I redeem my points?
Once you have 100 points, you qualify for a $10 coupon.

What are the coupon increments?
Coupons are in $5 increments after hitting 100 points ($10).

How do I redeem my points?
Once you have accumulated 100 points, you qualify for a $10 coupon and may apply it during check-out. For example: 100 points have accumulated for a $10 coupon.
• Place TS order $50
• Redeem coupon (-) $10
• Total due $40

Is there a maximum discount?
Yes, the maximum discount is 50% of any order. For example:
• You have accumulated 200 points, so you could redeem up to $20.
• You place a $30 order.
• The maximum coupon that can be used is $15 ― half of the $30 purchase.
• The total due is $15 before tax and shipping.
• The remaining unused points remain in your account.

How is shipping and tax handled?
Shipping fees and tax are based on the order value after the discount.

Are there exceptions for using coupons?
Yes. VIP Rewards may not be applied to:
TS to You autoship orders
Business Blast Off Kits
Host rewards
Other coupon codes


Point Expiration

When do VIP Reward points expire?
Points expire if not redeemed within six rolling months from date of earning them.

How do I know when I have points nearing expiration?
You receive two email notifications prior to point expiration:
• Two weeks prior
• Two days prior
If you have opted out of receiving emails from Tastefully Simple, you can check your expiration dates through the dashboard in your account.



Does the Love It Guarantee apply?
Absolutely! If you have an issue with any product, contact Customer Service and they will manually add back points, give a refund or reship the product. Points are deducted for returns or credits. If there are no points remaining, your balance can go to negative. For example:
• You return a $49 meal kit.
• Tastefully Simple refunds $49 and deducts 49 points.
• If you have no points remaining, your balance is -49 points.
• You will go back to a positive balance as you earn more points with future purchases.



The VIP Rewards program (“Program”) offered by Tastefully Simple (“Company”) is designed to enhance your shopping experience on (“Site”). This Program rewards you for your regular shopping activities with Points that can be redeemed for product purchases. By participating in the Program, you agree to these VIP Rewards Terms and Conditions, which form a binding agreement between you and the Company and govern your participation in the Program. These Terms are supplemental to the Site’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and Enrollment

  • To be eligible for the Program, you must be a legal resident of the fifty United States, District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands, and at least 18 years old.
  • The Program is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • No purchase is necessary to enroll.
  • Enrollment requires a Tastefully Simple account created at .
  • Tastefully Simple consultants are not eligible for the Program.

Earning Points

  • Points can be earned as follows:
    • 50 Points for signing up for the Program.
    • 1 Point for every $1 spent on products (rounded to the nearest dollar) on
  • Points expire 6 months after being awarded and have no cash value.

Note: You must be logged in to your Tastefully Simple account to earn reward points. If an order is placed as a guest, but used an email address registered to an existing Tastefully Simple account, contact Customer Service for assistance in adding the guest order to your Tastefully Simple account.


Point Redemption

  • Points can be redeemed for reward coupons, starting at 100 Points for a $10 off coupon.
  • Reward coupons expire 6 months after issuance.
  • Minimum purchase requirements apply.
    • Reward coupon value may not exceed 50% of the product total in a single transaction
    • Only one reward coupon may be applied to a single transaction.
  • Reward coupons may be reverted into Points by contacting Customer Service.

Points Management

  • Points balance is available in the account dashboard.
  • A minimum of 100 Points is required for redemption.

Refunds and Returns

  • Points earned on purchases that are later returned will be deducted from your Points balance.

Program Changes and Termination

  • The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time
  • Membership may be suspended or terminated for any breach of these Terms or for fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Upon account closure, all remaining Points and coupons are forfeited.

Liability and Release

  • By participating, members release the Company and its affiliates from liability for any loss, harm, or damage arising from the use of the Program or any Rewards.
