When will my shipment arrive?

Wondering exactly when your shipment will arrive? You will receive an email with tracking information. Locate the email in your inbox and use the link in that email to track your shipment. Below are some basics on what to expect.

  • Standard delivery (ground): Your order should arrive within 10 business days
  • Rush Processing: Select this option at check-out to move your order to the front of the line. Rush orders placed by 9:00 am CT will be processed and shipped the same day (excluding weekends and company-designated holidays). Orders received after 9:00 am CT ship the next business day. Standard shipping timelines still apply. Consult the UPS website for transit time estimates.
  • 2nd day air: Orders placed by noon CT on a business day should arrive two business days after the order was placed. Orders placed after noon on a business day should arrive three business days after the order was placed.
  • APO/FPO Priority mail:
    • Priority mail packages are typically delivered to the final destination within 14 business days after the order is placed.
    • Standard delivery (ground) packages are delivered to the APO/FPO facility in the U.S. within 10 business days. Packages are then shipped by the military to foreign bases when transport space is available. This may take 6-8 weeks for final delivery to the recipient.

What precautions is Tastefully Simple taking to ensure safe arrival of my products?

Your safety and that of our warehouse team come first! Our distribution center follows all Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines and state-mandated protocols to ensure the safety of Tastefully Simple staff and your product deliveries.

What impact is Tastefully Simple experiencing relative to COVID-19?

At present, Tastefully Simple is not experiencing any COVID-19-related delays in fulfilling your orders and preparing them for shipment. Tastefully Simple uses UPS to ship your orders. Check the current UPS COVID-19 operations status here.
As far as possible, Tastefully Simple works closely with our suppliers to maintain stock on all of the products you love, even in this time of high demand! When products are out of stock, their status is updated on our site.
